Terms and Conditions

Travel Partner:

D Dot Travels has Business Registration under the Sri Lanka Government company act and Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority which is the Government official body for Sri Lanka Tourism.
Coordinating with Client or travel agents, planning and organizing the tour arrangements carried out by D Dot travels behalf of clients or other travel agents.

Confirmation of booking:

Coordinate with our D Dot travel representative through email or online flatforms (WhatsApp, messenger) clients could finalize the tour arrangements with agreed tour amount and can send the written confirmation for their tour.
Thereafter D Dot travel will send the final Tour Package and invoice in PDF format document to client or travel agent that could go through carefully and if all in order can confirm by making the given advance payment to D Dot travel account through bank transfer or online payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policy D Dot travels clearly mentioned in the Final tour itinerary document which will vary depend on the periods. (Example: Below)
Cancellation charges
  • a) 15 days or less : 100 % cancellation charged.
  • b) Between 15 - 25 days : 50 % cancellation charged.
  • c) Above 25 days : No cancellation charged. Please not there are no advance payments or Commitments to third parties who involve the services of this tour
Cancellation charges (High peak Period time 20 Dec – 15 Jan, 01st – 31st Aug)
  • a) 30 days or less : 100 % cancellation charged.
  • b) Between 30 - 60 days : 50 % cancellation charged.
  • c) Above 60 days : No cancellation charged. Please note there are no advance payments or commitments to third parties who involve the services of this tour
In the event of cancellation D Dot travels will refund the Money as per the cancellation policy confirm to client or travel agent by Final Tour package document.

Payment method:

After the confirmation of the tour with D Dot Travels clients will received final tour package and invoice in PDF format for 50% advance payment to confirm the Tour clients or travel agent could make the payment to our given account details through bank or online transfer to confirm the Tour. Balance payment clients could use same payment method to D Dot travels bank account before or given deadline date.

Other conditions

  • Tour programs could be changed or re-routed due to natural causes or unavoidable other conditions which are beyond our control. Such changes will be done in consultation with guests locally as and when required for the best interest of the safety and comfort of guests.
  • Optional excursions could be provided on request for which we could charge additionally.
  • All visits to Parks, Sites, adventure activities, elephant rides and tour places at client’s own risk.
  • Follow the Covid 19 guidelines and rules and regulation implement by Sri Lanka tourist board.
